Cal-Ore Life Flight aircraft are equipped with state of the art Advanced Life Support (ALS) equipment and supplies to ensure the highest quality medical transportation available. 

On board equipment includes a cardiac monitor and defibrillator, oxygen, ventilator, pulse oximeter unit, IV pumps, suction unit, as well as extensive emergency medical supplies.

Patient loading is accomplished via the LifePort loading system. All patients are easily moved from the ground ambulance gurney to the aircraft gurney using a loading ramp. The ramp is attached to the inside of the airplane allowing each patient to smoothly slide inside the aircraft cabin.

During flight, the ramp is stowed in the baggage compartment and then removed for unloading at the destination.
