Cal-Ore Life Flight has just completed the finishing touches on our Mass Casualty Unit. When fully stocked, this vehicle will inventory enough supplies to treat and triage up to 150 patients. The mobile vehicle is stocked with: - Medical Supplies
- Backboards
- Water & food
- Generators
- Communications Equipment
- Class B HazMat Suit
- Portable Decontamination Shower
- Many more supplies to accommodate a catastrophic type of event
It is also equipped with a patient exam area, as well as a full awning for additional shelter.
Upon request, Cal-Ore will make this vehicle available to respond to any mass casualty incident in Curry and Del Norte counties, or other adjacent areas.
